I've been having issues with my Razer 2 phone, first it started to where my front facing camera wouldn't work, and now my whole camera app will not work. It keeps saying Camera keeps stopping and wont even allow it to pull up. I did a factory reset on the phone thinking that it might help, but it is still giving me the error and wont work. I have emailed customer support multiple days ago and opened a support ticket or whatever and I have not received anything back. I need my phone for work, and I also use my camera a lot at work as well. Is it something that might be fixable or am I going to need a new phone. It is still under warranty, I got it in September.
