Razer Basilisk Ultimate Scroll Wheel Lighting issue

Hi all, Purchased a Basilisk Ultimate yesterday, downloaded Synapse 3, played around with the Color functions, i just wanted static white lighting, highlighted all areas selected the white color and the docking station and all sections of the mouse light up white except for the scroll wheel it stayed blue, after playing with the settings and putting it on the "Wheel" color function the Scroll wheel seems to change from green to cyan blue but nothing Else, but the docking station and the rest of the mouse goes through the full color change Red purple green orange blue yellow white ect in sync. is this normal or is there a defect, Im fair unhappy that after E160 i cant get it to light up how i want, as i said i only purchased it yesterday and went straight to Synapse so i dont know if it was functioning properly and iv hit a setting that has it only selecting green and blue, but iv uninstalled and re installed synapse and its still the same.
