Question about USB-A ports for Razer Blade 15 Advanced (mid-2019)
I have question that Razer chat support hasn't been able to answer. Maybe someone with a Razer Blade Advanced (mid-2019) model can help answer, by double checking their units.
So I have a mid-2019 Razer Blade 15 Advanced and it has three USB-A ports. The bios has a setting (and it is enabled) to allow the USB-A port to remain energized for external charging of USB connectable peripherals. Now I normally don't use this feature, but recently I noticed that only one of the three has power when the laptop is turned off, specifically, the left-side, front-most USB-A port (the port closest to the "tab" key). I was wondering if this was normal, because I also have two older Razer Blade 14's and they each have four USB-A ports and all four ports remain energized when this feature is enabled. I'm desperately trying to figure out if a) this is normal (working as Razer intended) for the Razer Blade Advanced 2019 model or b) something went bad with the mobo and now other two USB-A ports are not working right, thus needing service.
tl:dr - Razer Blade 15 Advanced (mid-2019) are all three USB-A ports supposed to be powered when laptop is turned off (with pass-through/charging enabled in bios) or only one?
