Razer Kraken Tournament edition bad cable.
I bought the Kraken early in december 2019, and didn't really have a good chance to use it while gaming since i did not have a working computer at the time. But recently i got a new PC and finally used Kraken while gaming, and what i've noticed is that the connector, (the thing in the middle of the cable that you can ajust volume) whenever touched, it gave static noise and reduced the volume of my left side of the headphone. Sometimes i have to wiggle the connector cables a bit untill i get a balanced audio feedback. This is probably due to poor soldering, or just bad contact, but i'm afraid it will void the warranty if i open it to see (plus, i do not have the adequate tools to open it without damaging anything). It is still in the warranty (from what i can tell). I'm quite positive it can't have been user damage since i've barely used this headset, as i said, i'm just now able to constantly use it.
So, i was wondering if there was anywhere i can appeal for a replace or something similar.
Only problem with waiting for them to email me back, is that i have no clue if the warranty is a 1 year warranty or a 6 month warranty (It's been a week since i've made the ticket).
I live in Brazil, and the headphones were bought in the airport, but with confirmation that in any eventual warranty appeal, it would count as 'bought in Brazil', and not in international soil.
TL;DR: Razer Kraken with proably a bad connector, don't know what to do after making a ticket and no response.
