Tartarus Pro Duel Function Keys NOT WORKING

I decided to try posting on the forums to see if I could get any help with this issue as I could not find any answers about this anywhere. Tartarus Pro Duel Function keys Do Not work. I purchased 2 Tartarus pro and the duel function keys do not work on either of them. My wife and I play RPG's together and the Tartarus Pro advertised the duel key functionality with the ability to assign 2 functions to a single Key. With one ability firing off with light presses and the second firing off with full hard presses. This would be good for programing too but it doesn't work because both inputs are actuated on a hard press instead of just the one. When the duel function is setup, instead it will input both key functions all the time. Same exact issue on both Tartarus'. This makes the Duel Function Option not unusable for gaming because it will keep firing off both abilities at the same times rather than just one or the other. None of the technicians I chatted with had the hardware in front of them to test and verify which was a bit frustrating. Problem as been escalated but still have no responses. Please can someone with the Tartarus Pro Verify that the Duel Function Keys are working properly? Where you can assign 2 game abilities with Only One of them firing off on light presses and the second only firing off with hard presses. If you do have a working Tartarus Pro, what game where you playing and which abilities did you test for the duel function key stroke.
