Chroma Workshop broke

So, I was playing some Apex Legends this afternoon, and the lighting effects on my Ornata worked just fine. I logged in tonight, and the usual lighting effect that I had on my keyboard when I WASN'T playing Apex was showing, not the lighting specifically for Apex. The app is enabled in Synapse, lighting effects are enabled in Apex settings, I've tried everything and it's not working. I did just restart my PC, but I don't think that's the issue. Please help!!

Was Synapse running in the background before launching the game? Do you mind sharing all the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far? This way, we can skip those and try other possible solutions.

Yea, every time I run the game I make sure synapse is up. I restarted my PC the next day though, and it worked, but when I restarted it again, it stopped. I've checked if Synapse needed an update, I restarted my PC multiple times, I repaired Apex, and reinstalled the Chroma Connect and Chroma Studio modules.

Have you tried clean installing Synapse yet? If not, I highly recommend that you give it a go following the guide provided here.
