trouble with razer tartarus pro v2

Issues like these are usually caused by junk files interfering with newer saved profiles. Have you tried performing a clean installation of the app? In any case, please PM me the serial number of your keypad so I can check for model-specific solutions.

how do i do a clean install? i uninstalled synapse and cortex but there was also a windows update that included something to do with razer. I assumed i would loose all my profiles but it saved them? are they on a cloud? when i say that i mean the keybinds i had saved on the tartarus ad the chroma settings i had. That to me says it didnt uninstall fully? or does the razerblade find them once synapse is reinstalled? I will keep testing the tartarus this week and see what happens. I also had an issue with the nari ultimate not responding with synapse now too but i am hoping that has been resolved since updating windows and synapse. Edit #1:

Now my razer nari ultimate isnt working with synapse. The headset is fine, i was using ps4 last night no problem but now i cant adjust any setting. Synapse doesn't see it at all. Plugged in via the cable too and nothing. BTW it will play sound but cant use any of the effects and this headset is only a month old. A litle worrying since i see alot of posts concerning headsets makes me think whatever update you pushed last night broke something? Edit #2:

i got synapse to detect the headset again by doing a repair so thats all good. I'm going to keep an eye on this and i hope to not have to make a support ticket. Synapse is so buggy man :slightly_sad:

@Emminent You should not lose any saved profiles as they are cloud-saved, and you can follow this guide if you still need to perform a clean installation of Synapse. I understand that the headset detection issue has now been resolved, but are you still having any problems with the Tartarus Pro?

So far so good with the tartarus but il keep an eye on it However im now finding that my nari ultimate is crackling occasionally again. I see a few posts about this. Is this a software issue?

Does the occasional cracking happen only when on wireless mode with THX enabled? In any case, please PM me the serial number of your headset so I can validate the model. Let's go from there.
