Razer Kraken Ultimate disconnects and reconnects.

I received my razer kraken ultimate about 6 months ago and it has been at peak performance since... except for now. It has recently started randomly disconnecting and reconnecting by itself for no reason. I've tried repairing synapse, using different USB ports, uninstalling synapse, and uninstalling audio drivers to no avail. There seems to be no current solution to my problem right now but I did come across a post with my exact problem. /razer-kraken.57620/#post-526266 Like what he said, repairing synapse only fixes the problem for maybe 1 - 4 hours before I have to do it again. One difference between our problem though is that this problem happens on console for me with my headset meaning the problem is in the headset (I think). Asking for assistance on anything.
