Razer v2 Electra (USB) Sound Gone

I was playing Valorant. Then suddenly my headphone's sound has gone. I don't know why but i am not be able to change the volume of it. Device is clearly visible by Windows. I mean i can see it when i look at sound devices. But i cannot change it's sound level. Only %0 and %100 is possible. I have the latest version of the Synapse and there is no hardware damage i guess. I don't know what to do because my headphones doesn't work.. Also i cannot update firmware because update software says there is no device. I'm totally confused and looking for help..
