Razer Kraken Ultimate 'Pops' then disconnects and reconnects...constantly.

Recently, i’ve been having issues with my Razer Kraken Ultimate. Mainly, I hear a pop, then the product disconnects from the PC and reconnects and this happens continuously every couple of minutes. It’s very irritating when i’m in game and i suddenly can’t hear a thing. It’s safe to assume that my PC isn’t the issue since i have several other razer products, and they never disconnect like that, so i’d assume something happened with the hardware. It’s just a mess. :( Any help would be appreciated!
