Keys Unbinding When I Unplug and Replug my Razer Orbweaver

Whenver I unplug my razer orbweaver from my computer, the shift and caps-lock keys unbind from the one's I've set them to in synapse 2, and just display "key" in synapse. Anyone know a fix? This has been driving me crazy. What's weird is that it's only those keys... This is what it looks like after I unplug and replug... So it looks like it's a problem with the profile.
