Razer Surround Pro - Failed activation

Hey guys! I bought a hammerhead and with it came the activation code for the Razer Surround Pro, I went to activate it 06/07 and it is giving me an invalid activation code error. I am 100% sure that I am entering the correct code and it is the first time that I am using it, since I just scratched the voucher. I opened a support ticket in 06/07 and nobody answers me, I would like help. Regards, Barros
