Razer Blackwidow EliteVolume Wheel

Hey there, I have a problem with my blackwidow elite volume wheel. The wheel fluctuates the volume when I am moving it either up or down. It may skip a few levels or just do it extremely quick. I also sometimes get a message when I am sometimes trying to change the RGB effect that my 'profile did not transfer successfully' and the effects stay the same until I fully close Synapse 3.0 and restart the app. Would appreciate help. Thanks
