My laptop won't turn on if charger is not plugged in

Hey there, I got my Razer Blade 14 (GTX-1060) in 2017, I have barely used it until this year. Suddenly, the laptop won't turn on if the charger is not plugged in, it seems to have no battery power at all. But when I turn it on with charger plugged, the battery status show "98% Not charging". I have reset my computer, and also tried to follow steps from https://support.razer.com/articles/1524828321, but all not working. Does anyone have suggestions or possible fixes? Thanks! In addition, my battery starts bulge a few months ago, so I order the same model battery on eBay and replace it following the youtube tutorial. I am not sure if the battery is bad but it seems normal when I turn on with the charger plugged in. Thanks again!
