Please be aware that the 7.1 Surround Sound is only compatible with Razer Kraken 2019 and Kraken X. Otherwise, you should be using the Razer Surround Sound/Surround Sound Pro for all the headsets that are part of the legacy devices Feel free to send me the email email address associated to your Razer ID via PM so I can check your device registration and verify the code.

i have a Kraken razer with code (*Omitted), its activation code only has 15 digits and to use the surround program they ask you for a code with 20 digits. I add that my product has already been registered 6 months ago and I have never received an activation code to the email. Help me

Please refer to the screenshot below: Should you need additional assistance, please send me the following: a. A photo, screenshot, or PDF copy of your proof of purchase b. The original box showing the serial number of the device. c. The email address associated to your Razer ID. Save the files via Google Drive or to any online drive account then paste the link in your PM. I'll pick it up from there.
