Synapse 3: Battery Drain

Hello, I'm cross posting here since nobody is answering in the synapse 3 forum: /battery-drain.58569/ I recently purchased a Razer DeathAdder V2, tried to install Synapse 2 and the mouse was not recognized. Realized that it is currently supported only by the beta of Synapse 3 so installed that. I changed my DPI and saved the configuration and then went on to set a simple breathing lightning effect with one color as I don't like the default RGB cycle. Since I use the mouse on a laptop I noticed that I had a consistent battery drain and realized that Synapse 3 keeps the CPU constantly in use and keeps sending data over the network. The issue is that the moment I exit synapse the mouse resets the lightning effects to the RGB cycle so I basically have to keep Synapse 3 running. The DeathAdder V2 is supposed to have on board memory profiles, so I wonder how do I save the lightning effects, or at least change the default color? Note that I also have a DeathAdder Elite that works with Synapse 2 and the light color is saved (only a fixed color) along with the DPI settings without having Synapse installed at all. Thanks
