Problems with my Kraken 7.1 V2
I have a lot of problems with my new razer kraken 7.1 v2. First of all when i plug it in, it doesnt turn on: no rgb, no mic, no sound. I checked synapse and it wasnt there as device, so i downloaded synapse 2, but that doesnt seem to work. it gives me a few options, but none wich im looking for: register muy warrenty, visit the razer store, view compatible devices and launc stats& Heatmaps. Nothing is about any razer product, and i cant see anything on the internet about it. Im about to give up and throw it in the trash can, but then i thought that maybe 1 of you knows why my headset doesnt work and why it randomly shuts off sometimes. Im just too confused by this thing, i might return it and get one that just...works...

Yes, tried all 3 that i have, it only worked once in one of them, but only for like 20 seconds then it randomly turned off. Its still in that port
