Ive had the kraken pewdiepie pro v2 for almost 2 years, the cups have worn out and i want to buy new ones, regardless of warranty. After months of waiting i got told "we dont ship replacements to the EU" How come i can buy every product in the EU, but not replacements? I love razer but this annoys me, i want to keep using the headset since its still perfectly fine, just the earcups that have worn out. If anyone could help or tell me where i can get official replacements in the EU, that would be nice.

    They used to sell ear cushions on their site, however they stopped that over a year and a half ago now, when the newer Kraken line comes out. You can buy official ear cushions on the Razercare store if you live in the U.S only, however in Europe, I'm afraid you'll have to look aftermarket for something.
