Power Adapter Compatibility

I have a Razer blad stealth 12.5 (2016) and the power adapter recently broke. I just upgraded to the new 2020 stealth with the 120 Hz display and GTX 1650 Ti. Can I use the adapter from my new laptop to charge my old model. I only question because i think my old adapter was only a 25W adapter and this one is 100W. I want to make sure I do not damage my old laptop. I have been charging the old one with my Core since the adapter broke but it is not very practicle and I prefer not to spend extra money to buy an adapter for my old laptop if I do not have to. Please help. Thank You.
