My laptop could not be turned on

My laptop ' the new razer blade- full HD (512gb)' was shut down suddenly when I was using it and it could not turned on any more. Anyone has a suggestion? My important documents are all there.:frown_: I am in Toronto, Canada and I bought it on Feb 2017. Thanks very much.

    Does it still charge? To be honest, there is not much that we can do from here, but to send it in for repair. I highly recommend that you take out the SSD and plug it into another machine, and from there, create a back up of your files. In any case, please PM me the serial number of your Razer Blade so I can help you start a repair ticket. *I'll be locking this thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
