fix the synapse 3 crashes already!!!

Help I have the same problem too

My razer nari and other razer products works normally but razer synapse 3 crashes and razer nari just keep making beeping noises!!!!!

second this, had nothing but issues with my tartarus and nari ultimate, not sure which one causes it but synapse crashes alot....i cant believe they have not fixed all this , its been in beta too long. These are expensive products and its not like i can use the tartarus like a normal keypad, they're all numbered, its not like a keyboard with a wasd layout..... BTW when the nari ultimate beeps for me its usually coz im out of range , dont have the issue when im by the pc. The issue normally is if the dongle is beside a usb c port so try a usb 3.0 instead thats not near a usb c (if thats your case).

absolutely nobody... razer nari: BEEP BOOP BEEP BOOP BEEP BOOP BEEP BOOP BEEP BOOP. other razer devices that use synapse 3: ON OFF ON OFF ON OFF ON OFF can razer PLEASE fix these issues??? i mean, come on. yall put out an unfinished OS for the newer devices or something? get your business together and fix this or let the synapse 2.0 handle this since synapse 3 is total garbage. is there a way to @ these support guys? honestly i dont even care if it gets fixed at this point. ill take a full refund on all my razer stuff and just get my gaming hardware from WALMART. im so fed up with being in the moment in a game then my headset starts screaming in my ear followed by my mouse and keyboard not working for a few seconds. @razer tech support @razer R&D @razer whoever can ACTUALLY get something done about this instead of copy paste vomit. @razer we all tried your cookie cutter "fixes" 1000's of times already

Sorry this is off topic but most threads are closed on here... hope you guys find this usefull. Hello, firstly i want to clarify that ive been a Razer user since the brand began. I played the hell out of mmo's and fps. My gaming has slowed down as i have two children now. I recently upgraded my computer and i was shocked to find the bitcoin razer mining app.... I personally think this is wrong on so many levels. They're are better ways to respect loyal die hard customers then to convince them they are getting free gear and games only to allow the mining app to hijack they're computer and over work the cpu and gpu rendering its lifespan and jacking up they're energy bill.... kids love the razer name.. i dont see how you can do this. I personally wont be supporting your brand untill you start doing the right thing by your fan base. I am honestly shocked and disappointed. People are farming this stuff whilst the bitcoin in the back ground is making razer more money then they're silver or gold will ever give to the customer and rendering they're computer at the same time... Im confused why Razer would do this to they're customers. If razer is making alot of money out of this then why does it not get spent on new keyboards with onboard memory and high end quality mechanical keys like steelseries has. Or hardware with options not to use they're extra software. Get some heavy construcion on your headsets that wont break and not hurt your head. To sum it all up... i want one question answered... what happened to the razer we used to know who were innovative and prided themselves as being an elite gaming brand rather than sell outs... i am truly disappointed as a customer and morally concerned gamer..

This is going to sound weird, but I found a video about it, and the it solved the issue (heres the summary) Noise from the 3.0 USB port data spectrum can be high, so If you're using the Nari or any wireless dongle in a 2.4 USB port and there's a 3.0 right next to it being used essentially the 3.0 can be picked up by the headset dongle which is in the 2.4, causing it to cut out, so I just suggest plugging your dongle away from OTHER 3.0 ports. It did the trick for me :)

unfortunately this no longer works sometimes. I have a razerblade laptop and both sides have usb c/thunderbolt and usb 3.0. I used to be able to connect the dongle to my hub but now its not working. Synapse only detects it if its plugged into the usb 3 and the cutting out still occasionally happens because of its proximity to a usb c port. Im still uncertain why it happens, sometimes the audio issues i find are stupid windows problems with realtek drivers, others its the thx (which i now no longer use for gaming).

Just got a brand new PC and keyboard, I installed Synapse 3, worked fine for a week, then yesterday, keyboard turns off and on every 10s. I uninstalled Synapse 3 and the problem was solved... FIX IT please. what's the point on selling RGB stuff if you can't do anything with it

I've been using my Razer Nari wireless for over 7 months without any issues, the dongle has always been connected to my front USB 2.0 port, no other devices next to it. Now it's starting to disconnect/reconnect beep beeeeep beep, seemingly when I change the sound source (say I play a game, it works, I exit, play something else, youtube video, audio file, video file, whatever - the issues start). Then the Synapse goes berserk and my profile that's assigned to all 3 of my Razer devices (Deathadder V2, Blackwidow Elite and Nari) doesn't load, so all my mouse and keyboard settings go down as well unless I restart Synapse. It's now driving me crazy because I haven't installed any drivers or any software that could interfere with it. How do I solve this??

i was advised to do a full uninstall, i mustn't have done it correctly last time so basically. Fully uninstall synapse and then find the folders and delete them called synapse (both in appdata and c program files). Then when i did a restart i did a fresh install of synapse. Checked for updates just incase as soon as install happend. Then, one at a time plugged in my peripherals and waited for synapse to update. The tartarus still has a sticky issue occasionally when im playing overwatch though, where it'll get stuck and im moving in one direction, this is only for a couple of seconds. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not with overwatch specifically or if im unlucky enough to have a faulty key.

would also like to add i did NOT install cortex so im not sure if thats related or not.

Haven't heared of a solution yet, googled a lot but didn't found any solution that helps fixing my problem. My nari essentials is randomly dis- and reconnecting while my other equipment also seems reseting. Worse, it always resets my sound configuration to stereo again, so there's no way to enjoy surround. Is there a fix yet?
