Naga Hex V2 and Razer Synapse auto-install

Hi, I use my Razer Naga Hex V2 at work as a mouse with useful macros. However all the computer are restricted and I can't install Razer Synapse manually, it is blocked with admin rights needed. But sometimes when I plug the mouse in *some* computers, there seem to be an auto-install of razer Synapse, wich doesn't need the administration right, so this is great. My only problem is that sometimes when I plug the mouse on new computers this auto-install doenst execute, and I have NO idea why sometimes it does and sometimes it doesnt. Is there any way to manually launch it? Thanks a lot for the help
