Something loose rattling around in the laptop

Hello! I just got my Pro 17, and something rattles around inside when I tilt the computer. I listened by the fans, but whatever is making the sound travels with gravity. It is brand new, I haven't even turned it on yet, as I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to be doing that. I submitted a support ticket, and I fully expect their answer to be "send it back" but if anyone has any more immediate advice that doesn't involve the hassle, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

    You can always open it up to check if something is loose. Doing so won't necessarily affect the warranty of the device as long as there weren't any damages during the process. But if you want to take the safer route, sending it in would be your best bet. PM me if you want to submit a repair ticket.
