Synapse not recognizing my mamba wireless. Please help

I have tried reinstalling synapse 2.0, uninstalling all keyboard and mouse drivers, changing usb ports, trying to connect the wire directly to the mouse instead of the dock, nothing works it just doesn't get recognized by razer synapse. Please someone help me! edit: I think its important to also say that razer mamba driver is under keyboard drivers for some reason and absolutely no led turn on, only when put in charging dock
