Razer Synapse Performance mode

Hello, I have a Razer Blade 15 with an RTX 2070 240Hz. i have issues with the performance mode; it won't let me control the fan speed it says. To use Performance modes, your system must be plugged into a power outlet. But when i plug-in power, nothing happens. It still the same thing nothin changes. I have tried uninstalling the application and reinstall, but nothing changes it still have the same issue, and this is affecting me a lot my laptop gets very hot, and it is uncomfortable to type on.
