I just purchased the Razer Kraken 2019 headset and read online that it's only compatible with synapse 2.0 software, but after installing the software, it doesn't detect the headset. I tried reinstalling, restarting and even removing devices from device manager.

    I think you need this https://www.techspot.com/downloads/6200-razer-surround.html, but surround 7.1 doesnt work with the latest windows update (v.2004).

    I have razer surround software working just fine, I'm referring to Razer Synapse 2.0..not detecting the headset.
