need help, my raiju ultimate has a problem with its right stick

whenever i use my razer raiju ultimate it always has this problem where the right analog stick drifts to the right and its very annoying when im trying to conserve ammo in resident evil 2, can i get this fixed or refund my controller and get another one (the controller was only bought this xmas and packaging is safe)

    okay, i didn't know how to send a video from my PS4 to my PC so i had to upload it to YouTube, here's the link to the video showing the issue i'm having.

    Thanks for the video. Can we have the version of the firmware of your Razer Raiju Ultimate through PM? You can get the version of your controller through the Razer Raiju app. You can get it through Google Play (Android) or App Store (for iOS).
