About "Razer Hammerhead Duo Console Black"
I recently purchased the Razer Hammerhead Duo Console Black (item number: RZ12-03030200-R3M1) from the Razer store on Amazon.
However, within less than a month, the slide switch to mute came off and I was unable to turn mute on/off.
The manual stated that the product has a 2 year warranty, but I can't find out how to deal with the product's replacement.
