My Razer Elactra V2 USB isn't working!!

My Razer Electra V2 USB stops working sometimes or do an annoying glitchy sound sometimes. I don't know if this is a bug of the drivers (They are up to date) or they are faulty but I can't see any damage to the cable or on them. Also my windows can't recognise the headsets and to fix that I have to unplug and plug them again everytime. And I don't hit my headsets on my desk I am really careful with them.

    My razer Electra V2 USB stop work totally. I tried to update firmware but doesnt work, every time I try to update an error happens.

    Same problem, headset not being recognized by the OS, I have runned the Firmware update some weeks ago but now it's not even recognizing the device. I tried in 4 different computers and any of them could recognize the headset
