Punctuation Keys on my Cynosa Lite are upside down.

The punctuation keys on my keyboard are physically upside down, is this the way it should be or is it a defect in this particular keyboard?

      Two keys on my Cyonsa v2 are labeled upside down. The period and comma are on top in the shifted position and the less than and greater than signs are on the bottom. When I type the period and comma do not take the shift but the greater than and less than characters do. The keys are not symmetrical so I cannot flip them around.
