Razer Goliathus Mercury Extended Mouse Mat LED Issue

Hey! I recently ordered and received my Razer Goliathus Extended Mouse Mat from the online Razer store and I noticed that the LEDs on the right side of my mat are VERY dim and the color itself is wrong (Eg. Static Blue would have the right shade of blue on the left side of the mat whereas the right side would be a faded turquoise. Or purple on the left would end up being a faded pink on the right?). I understand that the right side of the mat is further away from the light source (where the Razer logo is) so the LEDs may be dimmer however, I do believe that colors should still be accurate. So is this normal? Or is this a defect?

I'm also having this issue. For example, when setting it to static blue, I'm seeing a very faint green on the right side and no light whatsoever on the very right.

I am having some hot spots, bright areas on my daughters Goliathus Extended Mouse Mat. I got the Razer keyboard, mouse, and mat in Sept. Everything else is working fine except the mat colors have some bright sports.
