Razer Cortex does not open/crashes/runs in background after exiting

i have been using cortex for years from now , but now i have being in problematic situation though, I installed cortex today again (i was having my comeback to gaming) first start was very good, i haven't played an game using it yet. Problem no. 1: as i opened it and boosted for testing, it released around 700MB of ram , and then I closed(minimised into system tray) it just by clicking cross button , I tried to open it again, it doesn't open ... Problem No. 2: I exited all razer apps (using exit all apps in system tray icon) it does exited(but some of its processes where still running including cortex and central mainly) Problem no. 3: i have turned the startup of razer cortex but it is still running in background even after rebooting(shutdown and boot) or hard rebooting(restarting) ... i need your help down here, regards,aryan sharma(for my bad english) i have uploaded some images after exiting all apps(razer related)
