Chroma apps not detecting new games

Hello in the past i didn't have problems to sync chroma connect with games, it worked for me with Diablo and Overwatch for the special lighting effects. Now it does not want work with additional games, i have tried few games from the "supported" list (for example HUE game, sims 4 ) i noticed that when i saw "enable razer chroma " option grayed out for me in pc building simulator and then tried to fix and after that i notice that none of the other games are being detected . Chrome connect is installed and chroma apps are enabled in synapse. I have tried to uninstall and install synapse again but it did not work. Do i need something more? Or maybe i am doing something wrong
