Razer Naga Trinity - Random Button Issue?

My razer naga trinity seems to randomly lose the ability for some buttons to activate. Meaning they won't press the corresponding ability on whatever I happen to be doing at the time, this including left clicking. Sometimes, for whatever reason, bring up task manager will fix the problem, meaning I'm almost certain it's a software problem, but I haven't figured out how to fix it. I had already tryed completely removing the razer software, and reinstalling synapse 3, and have already gone so far as to buy a Corsair Scimitar Pro, since I can't seem to get in touch with support or figure out what the problem is. I would like to know what's going on with it though, it was an expensive mouse and its almost brand new.
