Serial Number does not match Product Number - Razer Sypnase

I really need help registering my Razer Viper Ultimate to Razer Sypnase and It worked on my laptop but when I try on my new desktop it shows and error message that says my Serial Number does not match my Product Number. Does anyone know anything?
