Razer Nari Ultimate Beeping issue

I'm currently having issues where my Nari Ultimate will constantly beep as if its resyncing/needing to be charged when i use it with my computer. I do NOT have these issues when i use it with my PS4 however. Any possible solution to this would be greatly appreciated as this is my favorite headset I have ever owned, but these issues are beyond obnoxious. thank you!

My Nari has started doing the same today. I have restarted and reinstalled the software but still getting the beep as if it dropped connection. Also, I noticed that the audio quality noticeably drops very frequently. Nothing changed in the last 24 hours to my knowledge on my end.

LOL just kidding its doing it again, now with both the PC AND my PS4? Basically, it sounds like its crackling, then does the loud obnoxious beeping as if its connecting and disconnecting here and there. i checked it's battery life and it's charged. So I really have NO idea what could be amiss with it.

Thanks for the try tho. I am thinking of unplugging everything and only plugging in mouse, keyboard, and headphones and not rest of USB items. Will also try with their software turned off to see if that helps the issue too. I love the products and the chroma but not happy I spent this much and my keyboard gets stuck, mouse skips, and headphones disconnect.

Hi guys. I have the same issue. My Nari Ultimate randomly disconnects and then reconnects within the next few seconds. I already tried different USB ports on my PC. Back side, front side, etc. Always the same result. However if i use the port on my blackwidow elite i have a perfect stable connection for the audio BUT the mic is doing some random weird noises. It's like the mic couldn't keep up or process the input fast enough. It's like an unstable connection while the audio output is perfect. So i can't use my keyboard as an extended USB port without having problems with the mic. And i can't use any of the USB ports of my PC without having problems with my sound/connection itself. Is there any workaround or any possible solution someone of you can think of? I'm really kind desperate at this point. I love the product itself so i don't wanna swap to another one if there is any way. Also i should mention that my basilisk ultimate is working perfectly fine. I have it on an USB 3.0 port (no worries, i already tested my devices on normal USB ports etc) and it has no connection problems at all. Looking forward to any helpful replies!

This is good info. I am going to try this now, since i just bought my Nari Essential headset is having the same issue.

And its still beeping... I'm getting mad, and am about to take this back!
