Synapse 3 Not opening, loads in task bar

so i recently treated my partner to some razer gear as it was birthday, first of all we struggled to even install synapse on her pc as it kept coming up with: InstallerConfiguration failed to deserialize: c:/Windows/Installer/Razer/Installer/App/InstallerConfiguration.xml found that if we download synapse from a third party where you could download files separately it would work. But our main issue now is we cant open the software, we can open the control panel to sign in but synapse doesn't work, we have tried uninstalling 4 times and still noting, we have also tried fixing the software thought the apps and feature page on apps yet that doesn't open so cant uninstall it that way. Any help would be amazing as its kind of a waste of £120 if we cant use the lighting on her pc
