Can't Open Razer Cortex

I cannot open Razer Cortex. It shows in task manager but does not open or show in taskbar. Edit #1: And I can't post the Error I have in the RazerCortexError.log file. It won't let me post it. EDIT: All I can post I guess... Get user info error:Could not establish the connection. at Razer.ServiceClientBase.RazerClientBase.EnsureConnected(TimeSpan timeout) RazerCortex.Interfaces.Account.AccountSDKException: SDKException. Get user info error: ---> System.IO.IOException: Could not establish the connection. I've allowed it through the firewall and anti-virus still no luck. And yes, I've reinstalled it like 5 times. Oof. It was working fine a week or two ago. Then all the sudden. Edit #2: Now I am only getting INFO TIME:2020-08-24 19:09:23.181 -7, VERSION:9.9.8.1244, CALLER:_accountManagerClient_LoginComplete, FILE:AccountService.cs, LINE:824 Account manager login completed: Result=Failed

When you reinstalled the app, did you delete all the left-over files? If not, I highly recommend that you perform a clean installation of the app, following this guide for the most part. PM me if the problem persists.
