Synapse: Deathstalker and Naga Trinity Woes

Hi,
My new Naga Trinity mouse arrived today. :big_grin_: I understand that I have to install both Synapse 2 & 3 for my combination of hardware. I have Windows 10 64-bit release 1803 fully up-to-date. I use Iobit Driver Booster 6.2 to keep my drivers up-to-date. My motherboard is an Asrock Z87 Extreme 4. But I have two problems:
 • When I install Synapse 2 it refuses to recognise my Deathstalker Keyboard. My keyboard stopped working with Synapse 2 some time last year but I put off doing anything about it. I was hoping it would be supported by Synapse 3 and I could keep the Chroma functionality synced.
 • When I install Synapse 3 my USB floppy drive goes nuts until I stop the "Razer Game Manager" service. The floppy drive uses an internal on-motherboard USB socket so I cannot easily unplug it. Before anybody asks, I do occasionally need a floppy drive in 2019. When I stop the Game Manager then Synapse refuses to start.
My initial excitement has almost evaporated :frown_:
Regards, Patrick
