Razer Products not working with Mac

I recently got a new macbook that has usb c ports and my set up doesn't seem to be able to work with this new port, I have a huntsman elite and a basilisk essential which are both plugged into a usb hub which is plugged into a usb c adapter. Sometimes my razer products just stop working, the keys will get stuck and then it just won't respond anymore. If anyone knows anyway I can fix this, please help.
