Basilisk V2 losing Keybinds mid game

Lately after a few minutes of gameplay my Basilisk V2 drops my keybinds and returns to default binds and will not let me change. When I go to synapse it won’t let me access the mouse. Seems to be a synapse issue because when I restart the software, it works fine, but only for a few minutes and I have to restart the software again. Need help in resolving the issue. Thanks!

    For starters, please perform a clean installation of the app and the device drivers by following this guide. PM me the serial number of your mouse if the problem persists.
