Razer Deathadder Chroma not detected on Synapse 2.0

Did a clean reinstall and everything. Unplugged it, cleaned the drives, uninstalled/reinstalled the drives. Nothing seems to be working. Tried to plug it into my new laptop instead of my desktop computer and it still wasn't detecting the mouse. Been trying to fix this through Razer's guides but nothing seems to be the right solution. Picture of it not detecting on Synapse 2.0 but detected it as a legacy device on Synapse 3.0.
