Aptio setup utility

I'm stuck on the Aptio setup utility page, I had searched the issue and followed the... 1) "launch CSM" and change to enable, 2) "secure Boot Control" and change to disable, 3) select save & exit and press yes. This brought me back to the same screen. I then hit F9 for recovery and the laptop restarts as if I am turning it on for the very first time, all my data is gone, looking for any help, please.
