Kraken 7.1 V2 Mic Problem

Hello there, I have been looking around for a while now but didn't find a solution. I have a problem where the mic of my headset is either to sensitive or not sensitive enough, but when I unplug it and replug it again it fixes it most of the times. Thanks in advance
