BlackWidow Ultimate 2014 to BlackWidow Elite Problems

I hope I can get some help here. Original BW Ultimate 2014 given as Xmas Gift from kids on 12/13 Kinda blew up 2 weeks ago. Talked to support and decided to get the new elite but now have problems. I unplugged my partially working 2014 and replaced it with the Elite 2hrs ago and it ran an install program right away. Now I no longer have access to all of my macros via the old Synapse program because that part of the program disappeared after Synapse 3 installed. HOW do I get my macros back that are saved to the cloud??? Please tell me there's a way to link this because that's like years of accumulated programming lost otherwise. Looked in the docs given with Elite and it has nothing regarding this topic of conversion & transfer of files. Thank You for your time. - Kel [Cyclonius TeK]
