Razer Blade 15 Advanced Mercury - Startup Problem

Hey, i have the exact same Problem like this guy: /razer-blade-15-advanced-2018-startup.55465/ sadly his thread was closed.. i turn on the PC, the Keyboard Lights up, waits 6 seconds goes black again, Lights up then goes black again, then the razer Symbol Shows up, then it goes black again, then it Lights up again and goes black, an then it starts, the whole Startup takes like 50secs, the Notebook is completly Fresh.. Nothing installed My Razer Blade 15 with RTX 2070 Max-Q i7-9750H 8GB GDDR6 VRAM 6Cores/12 threads
