Razer Kiyo enable preview doesn't work

Hi, I can't enable preview in Razer Synapse for my Kiyo (broadcaster menu). So I can't change the settings. I have tried a clean unsinstall/install (following the Razer indications), unsinstall/install the drivers (I have the lastest). Please help me!
