Razer devices not detected by Synapse 2

Hi I just bought a Tartarus v2 and after pluged it in, I tried to install Synapse V2 on a Windows 7 64 (Razer_Synapse_Installer_v2.21.21.1.exe). The device in not detected. Tried reinstall, unplug/plug, nothing change. Is there any help here? thx by advance DreddyBZH

Hello. If you have the Tartarus V2, you will have to use Synapse 3 instead. Please let me know if you have any more questions.

Absolutly : as stated in my other post, Synapse v3 doesn't install : /synapse-3-doesnt-install.47060/ thx for your help
