Need some serious help

Ok so I use my Razer Synapse to play World of Warcraft I have limited mobility in my hands and use the macro feature to auto my skill rotation to one button. I had this set before with a simple hold down the 1 key and it would automate a key press ever .01 seconds and run my macro. Today I logged in again to play and it no longer works tried redoing the macro and nothing. Also when I am in "gaming mode" my windows key is no longer disabled turned this off and on again as well and still nothing. So basically my Synapse is doing nothing except controlling colors. I uninstalled everything reinstalled everything and still nothing. I will not just download AHK because I bought a Razer keyboard specifically for this feature. What is happening any help?? Hope this all makes sense.
