Razer Blackwidow Elite

Hi. I'm having two difficulties with my keyboard. Firstly, I accidentally went into the Macro mode on accident and now my keyboard won't light up. It works just fine besides none of the keys lighting up. Secondly, every time I try and enter my serial number for my keyboard to register it, it says that it's not found, though I know this keyboard is a genuine Razer. So the serial number should work. I don't know what to do for either of these problems, Thanks.
